What our your shipping options & prices? TOP
We have three shipping options:
USPS Standard (3-5 days): $4.99
Priority Mail (2-4 days): $6.50
Overnight (1 day): $23.00
Please note that the time frames listed above are "in transit" times once your order ships & does not include order processing time. Every order is shipped with a delivery confirmation. All items except for Tutus and the Swarovski Crystal Converse are shipped within 24-48 hours. Should there be a delay in shipping your item, you will be notified immediately. On occasion the website may not show that we are out of stock on a particular product. Should this occur, you will be notified immediately & offered to replace the item or be issued a refund. Tutus & Swarovski Crystal Converse are sihpped within 2-3 weeks and are made to order. Please contact us if you need these items sooner & we will do our best to accommodate you.
What is you Return/Refund Policy? TOP
If you receivce an incorrect item due to our error or a defective item, we will replace it immediately. We must be notified by email of an incorrect order or defective item within 3 days. Each item is made to order, therefore we can not accept returns. How do you accept payment? TOP
We currently accept payment through Paypal. Paypal is a safe & convenient way to pay. You can either pay using your free Paypal account or with your Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or Discover card.
